By contacting Carolina Roof Shield, submitting a form on our website, interacting with our website chat widget, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

Carolina Roof Shield provides residential roofing inspection, repair, replacement, and nano-coating services. All work is performed by licensed contractors. Service availability is subject to geographic limitations and scheduling.

ESTIMATES AND PRICING

Estimates are provided at no charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Prices may vary based on conditions discovered during the project.

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

Opt-In. You expressly consent to receive text messages from Carolina Roof Shield by submitting your phone number through our website opt-in form and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Verbal opt-in may also be provided during a service inquiry.

Message Content. Messages are transactional and customer-care in nature, and may include appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, project status updates, estimate follow-ups, and responses to service inquiries. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service stage.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

Resubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help. Reply HELP or email josh@carolinaroofshield.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AGE RESTRICTION

Use of our SMS messaging program and services is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Carolina Roof Shield does not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
